Quick Start Guide
We use NZPost’s Signature Required Courier Service for all of our outgoing orders. The delivery timeframe is usually 1-2 days for the North Island and 2-3 days for the South Island. Depending on stock levels, we may choose to send products directly from our supplier to reduce delivery times. We will let you know if this is the case for your order.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us at Technoman within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us within 2 working days if you have any issues with your order i.e. courier damage or missing products.
Faulty products may be repaired or exchanged for the same or equivalent model. This will be at Technoman’s discretion. Please advise if personal data is needed from returned item (if applicable).
All returned items must be in original condition with all parts and packaging.
Return freight is the responsibility of the sender. Technoman is not responsible for any lost or damaged return freight.
